Fish and florescent lights?

Like many people, I am trying to go green and switch to florescent lights. However, I know that some people have neurological reactions to these lights, such as headaches or even seizures.
I wonder if fish can be affected badly too.
Before I switch to the more eco-friendly lights for my goldfish, I wonder if anyone knows if any studies have been done on the effects that florescent lights have on aquatic animals.
If anyone here knows of any websites on such a study that would be most appreciated.

Answer:
I am not aware of any such studies.

If they do exist you could probably find them at a good university research library.

Do you have any colleges or universities near where you live?

Check with the University to see if they will let you use the library.

I have found that many universities will let you use their research libraries for a relatively small fee.

That is how I do much of my research.
Well, I don't know of any websites or studies, but I do know that a LOT of fish keepers use fluorescent lights (perhaps even most) and there has been no outcry against them.
