Answer:
I agree - but developed countries like the US will not agree that global warming is going on - Bush will not put any sanctions into place - saying it will harm their economy.
US emits 26% of the gases that cause global warming.
have you ever been to poor countries
billions of people do not have running water or electricity .
In Africa ,Asia ,Latin America,China, you name ,it billions of people live in zink, cardboard, mud ,or reed huts ,with sand on the floor miles away from the nearest electricity .
But they should have the same regulations for polution ,however poor countries have corrupt officials who will bend any laws if they can benefit somehow .
Rich countries should support them much more because many of their staple foods and raw materials come from there .
Definitely.
Yes-Good law's will find answer's to question's of how they are to be implemented, especially since new technology from developed country's is available on massive hardware basis, and the planet is in real danger of overheating, and mankind need's oxygen to survive the next minute, and that will go next should our present administration befoul the earth at it's current high level of toxic emission. A good example of underdeveloped country's going green is south africa, the invention of a zero emission's stove. That stove should be universally sold to every human on earth. Many invention's.like so would set the standard high, compliance equal's progress.
