Hi what can I do when the co-workers are being lazy,immature, & they do not do there side-work?

Hi I work @ a family restaurant & I am a hostess for 3 yrs. I am 23 yrs old. I do not want to find a another job because, money is good. Anyways, our hostess they are late teens & 18-19 yrs old & immature. They do not check with me when they are finished there side-work & they always takes off home. I do know that they do not like me because, I work hard & they do not like it when I play as team player. I am just "doing my job" & nothing else. I've already talk to my boss & other 2 managers, but, the problem's continues & I do not see any changes either for the last 3-4 weeks already.
So then what can I do?

if the management can't be bother, why should you ?

the important thing is complete your given task then go home. As long as their attitude didn't causes any difficulties to you, no point arguing with co-workers as all of you are under the same roof, just to earn a living !

don't pick on your co-workers ! better without a friend then creating/having an enemy !

work smart !

Since you are not the owner or management. All you can really do is your own job. I have been in management. Done something about these types of things. Someone in higher authority changed it back. Very, very frustrating, to say the least. The management is supposed to check behind these people. To make sure they did their job and did it right. They are the ones in "control". Unfortunately, in some restaurants, they would rather have a non functioning body than none at all. I wish I had better news and advice. lol

just do your job and end of shift go home
