I got really annoyed in work this morning, so much so that I fell off my chair and smacked my forehead on the corner of my desk!!
I'm nursing quite a large bump at the moment!! DOH!!
well i would of had a ciggy, but ive just about quit so now i chew gum, if im realy annoyed i look like a hamster with a gob full of food

When I get really angry I have to do something physical to some unsuspecting inanimate object. I always end up breaking something I regret or hurting myself. If I'm just annoyed then I sit there and stew on it until I get really angry lol.
Silly i know but i cry, i would rather twiddle my hair, it can be a bit embarrassing crying

I usually start ranting and raving at anybody close by, and I seem to like chucking stuff around. I feel like an absolute eejit when I calm doon and realise what a total numpty I huv been!
i listen to music. music calms me down and i love it. so thats's what i do.
I'm with Tara - I use music to help. Then, later when I'm home I play Jagged Alliance for a while. Strangely satisfying.

I get on the motor bike and let the wind blow my frustration away
i would take a walk and let of some steam.
Scream and close all the windows so as the neighbours don't hear.
I go out back and beat the he'll out of a dead tree or two with my ax.
I get physical,start cleaning everything in sight, or cut the grass,garden...until I'm exhausted. Good release.
I SLEEP :)
