Is global warming really happening?

Yes, it is happening. There's no doubt there.
However, there is considerable doubt whether man causes it, or significantly influences it.
Al Gore says yes, but cycles of warming and cooling off have come and gone over time, all the time, even long before man existed on this earth.

Well yes, you cannot pollute the planet's atmosphere with billions of tonnes of smoke and chemicals annually and on the increase and expect everything to continue like all is fine and there is nothing to worry about.
But there are those who live in denial of anything that sounds like bad news.

it is estimated that in the next 100 years that the earth will
rise 5 degrease in normal temp.
and most of the glaciers will melt.
therefore flooding coastal ares thus makin the U.S.
over populated.

Of course. Compared to 3 decades ago, there are many more weird weather patterns now. Also, global temperatures are on the rise as well.
the temperature of the planet would have been increased anyway, pollution or not. Without the intervention of man the speed of that increase would have been lower but still it would have happened anyway. It's normal, it's just a period that our planet has to face being part of the universe and its laws, there is no need to panic. Man has the ability to adjust to any environment condition.

The answer is ofcourse YES it has been happening for many years ,people were already talking about it 40 years ago ,but now so many have died and so many animals and flora has died as well that it has become of utmost public concern

Yes, look at the amount of polar bears that are starving, look at the heat, there is like no ice in Canada, Churchill now, the polar bears are starving to death, they have eaten nothing for 4 months now, they need food, if it weren't for global warming then why would there be no ice in those ice-cold places?
Probably global warming is happening. However, who can say for certain that a little warming isn't a good thing. Mars is experiencing global warming as well and apparently a long, long time ago, the earth was warmer than it is now. We should be pleased that its warming some as the core cools because some of our current climate is based on the greenhouse gases emitted during volcanic activity. As that dies down, we will cool, and get too cold. So its a good thing that, (THE COLD) isn't happening. The last I noticed, the increase in average temperatures was around 0.6 degrees Farenheit. Not a huge increase for an average. Plus it is difficult to say for certain that the overall earth average temperature wasn't even higher than it is now a few centuries ago. Who is to say for certain that this climate we have now is the best? I read some of your other answers and please note that Polar bears are not starving to death at this time. From what I have seen reported in a variety of places Polar Bears are doing quite well. Bio diversity continues and warm climates seem to have more so the species extinctions may be keeping pace with the species development. I live in an area of the USA which sees extreme weather rather frequently. Hot summers, cold winters lots of wind, hail, tornado activity, blizzards, drought, flooding etc... Every time severe weather rolls around it seems people think the sky is falling in. Much like earlier groups thought god was mad at them and made sacrifices of various sorts to control the weather. So far, it does not appear that humans can control the climate nor the weather. Maybe some day but not yet. Please don't go outside to embrace the tornado, even if we understood it better it just isn't listening.
