rubbish sacks
About equal...
i live in the north eats and we don't re-cycle. We have one bin for everything. Other people have a bin for paper, one for tins etc etc - we have one for the general sh1t!
recylcing bags, but i could also do with a bigger wheely bin but my council will charge me
Rubbish sacks..Do you know that 60% of what you throw out to be "recycled" is shipped to third world countries where it is left to rot..That's a fact.
The last time I set a bag of rubbish out was the middle of march. I compost all food trimmings, take glass, metal,paper/cardboard and plastic to the recyclers and compost all lawn waste. I have very little I actually throw away.
I have a 65 gal recycle bin that I fill every two weeks. My weekly garbage is about 1 or 2 kitchen garbage bags. We are required to recycle where I live and they don't ship it overseas. The news did a piece on where they take it and what they do with it. Things that they don't pick up but can be recycled, like old sneakers and pieces of metal, etc., we drop off where they do recycle. We can't put out yard waste but we have a drop off site near by, they make compost from the yard waste.
all rubbish but hear they drop it all off at a certain recycling plant and they separate there .I kind of feel sorry for the workers my son got a job there and quit in 3 days because of the smells he had to put up with not to mention the things they would fined that would gross them out sifting through garbage
