all the planets warming up in the solar system due to high activity and output of the sun is real...
as far as telling the sun to f.k off and go into the shade...highly unlikely!
don't worry, we, or at least some of us in humanity, will survive!!

For the umpteenth time... YES... Global warming is REAL... and the British Gov. is spending millions of pounds to prepare for it.
If 98 percent of the world's scientists agree that Global Warming is real... what is your academic background that allows you to say otherwise?
You obviously don't understand enough about Global Warming to know that it's a relative thing... just a couple of degrees and it causes wild weather... just as what is happening. You may think you have found a loophone... but you haven't.
Watch the documentary by Al Gore. It is called An Inconvenient Truth. Really, if you care to find out the answer and further knowledge of the answer, than watch that documentary. I've seen it, and it is awesome. I think everyone in the world should see it at least once. Once your finished watching it, and then if you still believe it is not real than your an idiot. And I want you to take that personally only if you think it isn't real after seeing the documentary.

There have been plenty of natural changes before. This isn't one of those.
All the planets are not warming, just a few. This and other theories don't fit the data. The numbers don't add up. That's why:

Note the word "quantitative". That's the key. Global warming skeptics have "logical" arguments but the numbers don't work.

global warming is real. i understand how people would think its not. because it would be happening anyways. but yes it would happen, but not as dramaticly as it would if we didnt use so much electrictiy and gas. yes even if we didnt use gas and electricity then global warming would be there yet not as dramatic and harmful as it is right now. look around. bees are going extinct, there are horrible tsunamis that kill many many people.polar bears are going extinct. for our grand grand grand grand children imagine how bad it would be then.
Global warming is very real! And the main source is the sun, not people. There are those that dismiss the sun, as in a recent report but realize this, if the sun went out the temp. of this planet would drop to around -480 deg. F. Anyone who thinks the sun can't raise the temp. of Earth an additional few degrees during a cycle of peak solar activity is just plain foolish. The current cycle we are in was predicted years ago when the majority of scientists where pushing the next ice-age in the 70's. The ice-age was sold to the public by the majority of scientists and the few ones who predicted the warming were scoffed at. Now we have the same thing again, a few have stated when the cooling cycle will start and the majority are again scoffing at them. Mans influence on this plant is small compared to what nature can dish out.

Well, since you are so knowledgeable on the subject, maybe you can answer two questions for me.
1. What caused the "Little Ice-Age" between 1500 and 1850?
(remember, no cars, trucks or jet planes.)
2. Scientists have recently discovered that the climate on planet Mars is warming. How do you blame soccer mom's SUV on that one?
(could it be a natural cause? Maybe solar flares and sun spots?)

This is a natural cycle that has been repeating over and over again.
Well you certainly have not been paying attention. You can't judge global climate by addressing only your local.
Also, as the globe warms there will be unusual weather pa terns as the globe reacts to the change.

The world’s glaciers are melting ten times faster than previously thought, that atmospheric greenhouse gases have reached levels not seen for millions of years, and that species are vanishing as a result of climate change. They also report of extreme weather events, long-term droughts, and rising sea levels.
