There are many stores online that sell them, do a yahoo search or here's one to get you started.
Have you consulted EME College, Rawalpindi and ENERCON, Islamabad. Both of these roganizations are working on that.
Few years back i tried to get some in Lahore, as far as i can recall Siemens was the only company who were able to provide me with the same.
If i'm not mistaken their office in Lahore was located somewhere near Shimla Hill (Sorry dont remember the name of the road it was off Mall Road) may be you can try 17 enquiry to get their contact number.
Also you can contact electrical engineering department in UET and their professor might be able to help you in finding some.
You can also contact some importer to arrange them for you from China.
