I think your goal is a little high. And there is a flaw to it. As far as the goal, start small like, wanting to be the guy everyone smiles around. Just keep building on that. The flaw is, not everyone likes everyone else. No matter how good you are to people, there are those that stab at you when you turn your back to them.
Another thing to think about, when you are "The Man", everyone wants to be your friend. Friendship comes with ALL the ups, and the downs. You ultimately end up being the hitching post to those you may consider "beasts of burden". But if your heart is in it, you love every minute of it.
Well first t hing is clothing.Clothing is the first thing people recognise about you.
For the modern punk look you need-
Skinny jeans(Boys) with Converse shoes or Vans shoes.
Wear a studded belt around your trousers and wear some chains. Pierce your ears or lips. Also wear quite skinny tops.
Then attitude, you have to be known as that wild kid in the neighbourhood. Be friendly but tough. Wild n Funny defines punk. Act rough!! and dont always fit in with the popular kids. If you fit in with the sports kids or the popular gangsters youve killed the punk in you, so dont!
