What would happen, if the Oil Companies were to vanished?

First there would be widespread panic, in America. Because everywhere else they have bikes and aren't as heavily dependent on oil. Soon all the other countries will start to recover and new innovations and energy solutions will be created. But of course there's America with in insatiable urge for oil. We'll probably invade other countries with swords and hammers and try to take their technology. First Canada, then Central and Southern America. After we control the Western Hemisphere, we will create wooden boats with sails with slave labor from southern American captives. All awhile the all of Europe, Russia, China, and Japan are planning to plan a Preliminary strike. They will attack under the cover of night by their wind powered gliders and a 3 year war will ensue. Once America is defeated, the other World Leaders will force the American Dictator George Bush's Clone to adopt these new innovations and accept the loss of oil. And then they all lived happily ever after.

Get real, this world is run by the illuminati ,the Royalty of Europe and those who own all the banks ,and all corporate business ,this includes all the Oil businesses.
I personaly would do alot of walking finaly a reason to loose some pounds. Besides eventualy we would find other ways to travel.

I don't know the future, but since everything we have in our lives has been touched by oil at some point, we'd literally be entering a new era (think stone age to bronze age, only oil age to ? age). The trees we use for construction and paper were cut down by oil-fed machines. The trucks that deliver each and every single piece of merchandise on our grocery store's shelves run on oil. All the nice steril plastics so vital for good medical care came from oil, all plastics period came from oil. Mail service, ambulance service, fire service. Everything runs on, or has relied on something that runs on, oil. It's a ridiculous, vicious cycle.
Most of us would freeze in the dark, those of us living in tropical climates would suffer swealtering heat and humidity in the dark.
Al Gore would not be able to take his private jet or limo to the next global warming love fest and Tipper would not be able to heat or cool their mansions.
