I work as a park naturalist. There are several degrees that would qualify you to seek a career as park ranger.
Biology, Ecology, Environmental Resources, Geology, Park Management, or Forestry are the primary fields involved.
One thing most people may not realize about being a park ranger is that you will be deputized and expected to arrest people who may be involved in criminal activity or alcohol and drug related offenses. Kind of takes the fun out of it.
