Who consumes more energy in the USA homes or industry?

Answer:
The chart linked below gives you a breakdown of both energy consumption and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the US.

Basically it takes 15.3% of energy and GHG emissions to power residential buildings, while it takes 12% to power industrial buildings. Industrial consumes an additional 12.4% of energy and GHG emissions on top of that for a total of 24.4%, so it consumes more energy than just homes. There's also an additoinal 4.5% of GHG emissions from industrial processes.

Individuals also consume energy and emit GHG other than just at home, like while driving, for example.
