Organic with just a light touch of balsamic vinaigrette.
We are pleased with our farmers / garderners who are still growing a lot of organic greens in our country, So I'd rather use them instead of buying the ones imported from other countries. Those greens are modified, though they look more attractive. Use with vinegar or sause, sometimes sour cream with a bit of salt and pepper.
