Environmental friendly and energy efficient construction companies,in USA.?

i would like to know if some one knows about the construction companies in usa who can build the house which can be energy efficient and enviormental friendly,and how much it will cost to build,a three bedroom two bath and a kitchen, house with a covered area of 1500 sqr ft.
that is water to use by well system,electricity by solar system.that can save a lot of money on electric and water and sewer bills.i know in Arizona they are doing that because there, sun is out for all year round.so solar system works great but in other states in usa atleast six month in summer time we can use all the energy saving sytem.
