How much fuel?
Answer:
NASCAR because racing is a foolish thing to waste fuel on, whilst NASA is achieving something... they are studying the universe, and everything that surrounds our planet. There are serious matters with NASA and NASCAR is just racing circles with the same cars that aren't faster then one another... pointless... I don't know about you, but that is my point of view.
NASCAR wastes more by far.. NASA at least has a purpose.
Well, for one thing, NASA uses fuel, and NASCAR uses gas... so you really cant compare.
And neither waste it... the gas and fuel is burned for a purpose.
probably nascar if you factor in the gas burned by people who go to the "fuel burnings".
NASA should really think about installing a battery powered engine in their rockets. This would solve all their fuel problems and would help to stop global warming. Maybe all the airlines too, they should install battery powered electric engines in their 767 jets.
Apparently it was your school bus.
What do you mean WASTES ?
Both USE fuel.
One for advertising dollars in sports.
One for national defence.
Both for science.
NASA's activities are not a waste.
One of them has been using a practical hydrogen-powered vehicle for the last 20 years. The ONLY practical hydrogen-powered vehicle, thus far.
And it's very useful for commuting, if you happen to be commuting to the International Space Station.
