Hell no! The flew in jets to get there, rode in limos and suvs, had their equipment sent in semi trucks and will use more electricity in one day than most people use in a week. And the they will fly home etc. They don't give a crap they just believe you should have to give up your way of life because Al Gore said so it's all just political crap. One degree change is nothing . Can you tell if your shower water is 95 or 96 degrees? No. And besides the earth warms every 1500 yrs any way because of The SUN it's cyclic. Hell, the same people were crying about the coming Ice Age back in the 70's. Oops, guess they were wrong then so why believe them now? And the is no real consensus among scientists.
Changing out the lightbulbs in your house hardly makes up for the emissions from the private jet you take all over the world...that goes for all people--not just Al Gore.
I'd hope that these celebrities who are on the "green" bandwagon were serious about this stuff...but if you take a closer look you can see they aren't.

If Al Gore was poor living in a hut ,he would never have been able to get 2 billion people on the move under one concept

not most of them, theyre just doing it for publicity, but for all the celebrities who are trying to help, then thats good and hope to not offend them. i am very passionate about global warming prevention, and think that celebrities are too much to worry about, and they spend more money producing global warming than preventing it.
Yes, from watching them, I think they do care. At least they understand there have been thousands of published scientific studies that global warming is a real threat and has been greatly exaserbated by human activity. Has there been even one peer-reviewed study that denies it?

In my opinion, not in the least, they are in it for whatever they can gain from it, whether it's monetary, political or personal, or for some all three. But YOU will have to change YOUR lifestyle and in most cases, not for the better.
Meanwhile life is good if you are in the elite crowd, they'll never have to change a thing about how they live. Well, because they are famous and not one of the millions of commoners, just do as they say and not what they do. lol
It is just all hipocracy. He doesn't practice what he preaches about Global Warming. Otherwise, he wouldn't live in a 20,000 square foot mansion, own 3 homes, have a private jet, etc. His idea is for the little guys to save energy, not him or the Kennedys or the Hiltons. That way, if there is a shortage there will be plenty of it for them.

Not at all. Bush Jr has a Carbon Neutral Ranch. Al Gore does not. So, both are hypocrityes along with the performers.
