Are CD plastic sleeves recyclable?

Answer:
Plastic is recyclable. So yes it is.
I dont think so. the best u can do is reuse them or go give them to somebody at www.freecycle.org
i do not know-but i bet you could freecycle them-they actually sell these things at staples & dept stores so why not give someone a freebie?
Yes, everything's recycleable but you asked the wrong question. the question you SHOULD have asked is, "Are there programs to recycle plastic CD sleeves?". The answer to that is probably not. Unlike cans, bottles and paper products, there is NOT just ONE kind of plastic. There are literally thousands of kinds of plastic and they can't ALL be recycled in the same way. The realistic economics of plastics recycling make it simply TOO cost prohibitive to do so. Sorry

reusable, yes. recyclable? depends how creative you are.
