Poker Stars , how does the real money work?
Answer:
Ready to play poker with real money at PokerStars? Download our exciting online poker software and you'll be playing at our fast-paced tables in no time! This page will tell you what you need to know about cash deposits and withdrawals. Any questions about playing poker for real money you may have that are not covered in this section are welcome at support@pokerstars.com.
PokerStars is an online poker room, not a casino. That means you never play against the house, only other poker players over the Internet. We receive compensation by taking a "rake", which is a small amount of money from each pot. This rake from the pot never exceeds $5. At the lower cash limits, PokerStars takes a smaller rake as well. Please see our rake page for exact rake information.
PokerStars players' poker money and account balances are held in segregated accounts and not used for any of PokerStars' operational expenses. These segregated accounts are managed by a leading European bank. The arrangements ensure that PokerStars can at all times fulfill its monetary obligations toward its online poker players, and will provide further reassurance that players' funds are always secure with PokerStars.

Please tell me why you posted this in the environmental/green living section?
dude unless your gonna use that money for green peace, why ya in here?
Money is green and printed on paper, which is made from trees which are a renewable resource. That's what I call eco-friendly!
Sure i can help. There are a few ways to fund your account. The best way to do this is to sign up for an espasporte account, this links right to your bank account. Netteller used to be the big dog for poker sites, but since the government has gone after poker they have got out of the business of funding poker accounts anymore. So once you have an account just click on the cashier and select buy chips. There may be a small fee included with the transfer, but any money you put in your account will take place right away. You can also send in a money order, but this can take some time to post to your account. hope this helps...
Well, I used to be really good at Poker, You must be able to remember what has been played!
That's the problem...too many others have your type
of respect for the environment...!
