No. Growing up in that wacked-out family is much more likely a reason for his drug addiction.
I don't think smoking a little pot constitutes being addicted, but everything else in the world is being blamed on global warming, so yeah.that's the reason he smokes pot.

No I think it was when he was smoking weed with Clinton on the roof of the White House. When Clinton was in the White House I smelled a lot of weed around the 1900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. And, no one was smoking weed in the parks or alleys. So it had to come from one place the roof.
At least he was driving a hybrid!
