What are the wildlife conservation efforts in SAARC countries and wat is the success met?

Answer:
These countries are working to:
Reduce poaching
Reduce illegal trade and consumption
Reduce pollution and emissions of greenhouse gases
Raising awareness and training zoologists in veterinary techniques and procedures for large animals such as big cats
Educating zoologists about handling techniques
Developing multiple well-protected wildlife sanctuaries
Develop enforcement committees for each of these

Results:
According to many of the sites, the results aren't as great as everyone expected. For example, traps, illegal logging and hunting in preservation areas threatens preservation efforts. The continued demand for large cat pelts motivates more people to ignore preservation effors. Many of these countries have high deforestation rates, which destroys wildlife habitats.
