Why should we be wasting good Money on global warming when this is a scientific phenomena of the sun .?

because we're human and we think we can put a stop to just about anything will a little thing called money.

You show no link to back up your statement. I guess you know more than the Nobel Prize winning scientists that say that it is a real phenomenon caused by green house gases increased concentration in the atmosphere - something discovered in part using the largest and most powerful supercomputers ever built.
And your qualifications as a climatologist are?
Because we live in a culture of fear. If they can scare us, they can get us to spend our money on whatever they are selling to fix the problem. Such as, Al Gore's carbon credits. You should read the book FEAR by Michael Creighton. It is fiction, but it raises some interesting ideas.
Why do you ask a question and then answer it in the same sentence? Why do you then post it here to be answered by others when it's obvious from your question that you already have the answer you want?
The evidence is clear that human activity can effect the climate. Suppose, for a moment, that much of the current temperature rise IS because of the action of the sun. Would that somehow make us immune to the effects? Would we do anything differently in an attempt to prevent the temperature rise?
I see our response to global warming more as a pragmatic response to an observed effect, and less as a moral issue. It isn't so much that man is heating the earth as it is that man has the ability to prevent it from over heating.

Money is neutral, man is depraved. We should look at all possible explanations of observable and measurable occurances and choose the one that most simply and completely explains what we observe. There are many who oppose the man made global warming religion.
right on. Other planets (Mars for example) is also experiencing a Warming period. So Humans on Earth are affected other planets?
There are many reasons besides global warming to work on energy conservation. The biggest one is that it saves money in the long run. It fuels innovation. On example: The side benefit to getting better gas mileage would be: less demand for gasoline hence the price goes down, petroleum reserves last longer, less pollution.
