Is adding large amounts of salt to the oceans a way to save the Transatlantic conveyor?

The Transatlantic conveyor will stop if too much ice melts from the polar caps that decreases the salt percentage. Can this be avoided if pure salt is added to the oceans in large quantities. This salt can be found at many places, like dried up lakes in Amerika.

Answer:
That is retarded?

Adding salt, where would you get that much salt?

The answer is to go pee pee into the ocean. We will have a national Pee Pee wee wee day and everyone will go Weeeeeee in the Ocean.
Not practical - quantities and costs and details are too vast and problematic. Fix the problem, switch to geothermal power instead of burning fossil fuels.
You couldn't get it to mix fast enough... salt settles... and regular salt (as opposed to biologically fixed sea salt... will just go to the bottom.

Glad, however that you know about this problem.
Did you see that in a movie or a real science report?
