Resolution for global warming ??

Answer:
there will never be a resolution until we know EXACTLY what is causing this problem. And before everyone gets the knickers in a twist, we as humans have contributed to the state of global warming BUT we have no idea whether or not this is a cycle.
we have only had records for so many years so who's to say that this is a 500yr cycle or a 1000 yr cycle.

For arguments sake if we are the sole reason for global warming then i highly doubt a couple of 100 thousand people putting buckets under showers and changing lightglobes will do anything when big buiness pump out 1000's of tonnes of pollution everyday
Stop whining about it. Because when we whine, we let off heat. F U Al Gore.
Wait.what's wrong with global warming? I mean less snow, better warm weather, less heating gas/oil needed. I wouldn't mind global warming.
Well there really isn't a "resolution" to global warming.Well take the ice age for example. We didn't cause that.My theory is that the earth goes through cycles. And I guess that we were just the unlucky ones to be in the hot cycle of the earth. But I also think that we contributed to it but putting so much carbondioxied into the air and not taking care of our planet.i suggest not using your car so much or finding the cheapest and best emviorment friendly gas place. The car company's can make more planet healthy cars but refuse to because the gas companies are too greedy to.But I don't think money will do much good if the earth is dying.
I hereby resolve for Global Warming! Sounds good?

Oh, you wanted a solution?

Well, first unstop your ears and eyes and look at not only Al Gore's propaganda film, but the video available online that shows most of the errors in the concepts Al Gore espouses, and how they get scientists bent to agree.

Look at real history as it comes to light. Look at undoctored graphs, before the history is smoothed out. The "hockey stick" that much of the predictions are based on is a statistically-massaged fabrication, and ignores KNOWN HISTORY to get the answer the Global Warmers want to hear...which if you look closely is a projection of what might be, not what is fact.

Look at the flow of money and who is getting it now. Mr. Gore, big big industry, and the climate "experts" who supply the projections that support the Gore predictions. Other climatologists are ignored and even starved of funds, because their research does not produce the desired answers. Who wants to hear their predictions? Not as gripping news!! LOOK! Don't shut your mind.

I have looked at both sides, checked on the methodology, read some of the arguments.

I know as a former Ham radio operator, and from reading the news on the 'net for news sources, that we are having an exceptionally-heavy number of big sunspots, which means the sun is injecting a lot of energy in terms of ionizing radiation, not just the normal forms, into the atmosphere. That energy has to go somewhere. And we cannot just tell it to stop coming!

Now, we hear doom and gloom from Gore and crew. I do not see it that way. Earth's History tells us more and more that the Earth has had many warming cycles, some hotter than the present one, and man and beasts and plants all survived.

It is the cold cycles that put on the stress...the 90,000 year deep-freezes. That we should be worried about.

Historically, too, warming cycles have been associated with economic booms, growing economies, plenty for all, funds left over to explore, not just subsist. Is this undesirable??

And maybe if the computer whizzes would concentrate on making the computers follow history, we would find out how to best handle global warming, not fight it, or scream it is not fair, or for the first time known in history, succumb in panic to a demagogical entity rather than enjoying the prosperity the past enjoyed, basking in the easy warm times. Be a shame if we did not repeat that, now wouldn't it?
There must be a resolution to do something concerning the golbal warming. But because the USA administration refuses that, all the world will be suffering.

It's just a political issue.

Sincerely
Randy
NO need for passing resolution we can Do this if we want to do our self..
Switch to geothermal power, problem solved.

Also to the ham radio operator - it has been rather conclusively shown that an increase in solar radiation cannot account for as much as 1/10th of the currently experienced raise in global average temperatures. Also if it were the case then every body (planets, satellites, etc) would heat up proportionately at the same time based on how far it was away from the increasingly active sun. This has not occurred and it unfortunately disproves what you are saying. Also we measure the radiative output of the sun constantly with particular reference to the more energetic forms of radiation, we haven't seen a sufficient increase in solar activity to cause the currently occuring climate change.
The simplest thing I can do as an individual, without needing anyone elses participation, yet it makes the biggest difference. I wish I would have known sooner. I feel better now about myself, not only as far as my conscious goes but my mental an physical health as well.
I found this at goveg.com it may seem a little odd but read the facts.
Fight Global Warming by Going Vegetarian

According to the United Nations, the meat industry “emerges as one of the top two or three most significant contributors to the most serious environmental problems, at every scale from local to global.”
Global warming has been called humankind’s “greatest challenge” and the world’s most grave environmental threat.1 The scientific community says that there is no doubt that global warming is real and that humans are largely to blame. Human activities are emitting vast amounts of “greenhouse gases” that prevent heat from escaping from the Earth’s atmosphere. Scientists report that this phenomenon will increasingly lead to catastrophic natural disasters, such as more frequent and intense droughts, floods, and hurricanes; rising sea levels; and more disease outbreaks. Scientists also warn that global warming threatens the lives of millions of humans and countless other animals. Many conscientious people are trying to help reduce global warming by driving more fuel-efficient cars and using energy-saving light bulbs. Although this helps, science shows that going vegetarian is perhaps the most effective way to fight global warming.

In a groundbreaking 2006 report, the United Nations (U.N.) said that raising animals for food generates more greenhouse gases than all the cars and trucks in the world combined. Senior U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization official Henning Steinfeld reported that the meat industry is “one of the most significant contributors to today’s most serious environmental problems.”2

Carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide together cause the vast majority of global warming. Raising animals for food is one of the largest sources of carbon dioxide and the single largest source of both methane and nitrous oxide emissions.

Carbon Dioxide: The burning of fossil fuels (such as oil and gasoline) releases carbon dioxide, the primary gas responsible for global warming. Producing one calorie of animal protein requires more than 10 times as much fossil fuel input—releasing more than 10 times as much carbon dioxide—than does a calorie of plant protein.3 Feeding massive amounts of grain and water to farmed animals and then killing them and processing, transporting, and storing their flesh is extremely energy-intensive. In addition, enormous amounts of carbon dioxide stored in trees are released during the destruction of vast acres of forest to provide pastureland and to grow crops for farmed animals. On top of this, animal manure also releases large quantities of carbon dioxide.

You could exchange your “regular” car for a hybrid Toyota Prius and, by doing so, prevent about 1 ton of carbon dioxide from entering the atmosphere each year, but according to the University of Chicago, being vegan is more effective in the fight against global warming; a vegan prevents approximately 1.5 fewer tons of carbon dioxide from entering the atmosphere each year than a meat-eater does.4 The math is simple: You could spend more than $20,000 on a Prius and still emit 50 percent more carbon dioxide than you would if you just gave up eating meat and other animal products.

Methane: The billions of chickens, turkeys, pigs, and cows who are crammed into factory farms each year in the U.S. produce enormous amounts of methane, both during digestion and from the acres of cesspools filled with feces that they excrete. Scientists report that every pound of methane is more than 20 times as effective as carbon dioxide is at trapping heat in our atmosphere.5 The Environmental Protection Agency shows that animal agriculture is the single largest source of methane emissions in the U.S.6

Nitrous Oxide: Nitrous oxide is about 300 times more potent as a global warming gas than carbon dioxide. According to the U.N., the meat, egg, and dairy industries account for a staggering 65 percent of worldwide nitrous oxide emissions.7

You Can Help Stop Global Warming!
The most powerful step that we can take as individuals to avert global warming is to stop eating meat, eggs, and dairy products.

it must be, resolution for prevention of global warming!
planting trees.
yes,i think that ever individual should contribute his part in reducing the globing warming.
