"The B&B Lady" provides consulting services (Ref 2), providing real estate counseling, consulting, seminars, and eBooks.
There are also lots of books for sale on the subject, like "Start and Run a Profitable Bed and Breakfast", Ref 3, available for $10-15 (or less).
My cousin bought and operated a B&B in Maine about 10 years ago, but stopped running it about 5 years ago. She is not located in or very near a "big-name destination", and she had difficulty getting enough visitors to make it worthwhile. Important things are location, location, and location... and good marketing.
