Where can I find out about green house gas emissions...?

Where can I learn about how much carbon dioxide different plants absorb and how much different activities put out? Thanks so much for your time and help.

I have studied this before and had to do a one week project on it. What I did was just simply type greenhouse gas emissions on any search engines and about more than a million websites will pop up, and all facts are gold. But, the best one must be Wikipedia, because it's got everything--from paranormal activities, to teen fashion.
