It is time for you to start getting serious about your health and your life in general. Your lack of motivation is likely caused by a combination of less than ideal health and the fact that you are stressing out over turning 30.
Take a chill pill, start eating a little better and become more physically active.
yep i passed that a while ago....if u dont already do it ..change your diet to eat more vegies and especially fruits and especially exercise do something ..be active (like dont just sit at home) alot of times its more psychological not physical if your mind is preoccupied with physical activity your body will feel the benifit...its something you can do change but u need to make the decision. Good luck. also cut down on red meats, fried foods, fatty foods, and processed suggars..apples balance out your blood suggar level and thus your moods...bannannas provide esential nutrients as well.
Turn off the computer, get up off of your back side and go do something.
eat fish oil and lots of orange juice and get normal sleep patterns kicking.
Drink protein shake once every day (you'll never feel tired/ lazy)
exercise will make the difference. Even if all you do is a walk at lunch and taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
The best thing you can do is to organise your schedule and don,t drink chemicals they are not helping maybe some natural medicine like guarana can help you more.I tried them and they work and they are healthier.
If you want any energy drink, not the ones you buy in the stores, just get out your blender and put your own healthy ingredients into it.
