I thought ours was bad at 6cents. It is supposed to pay for roads, but ours are horrible. In my city your better off driving in the grass next to the road.

government in taxes, refiners, stock brokers in dividends, oil companies employees, lobbyists to bribe government officials to relax environmental laws, CEO's multimillion dollar paychecks and foreign leaders to bribe them for contracts.
