Well, if you're not adverse to a little bit of assembly, you can try IKEA...they're pretty inexpensive, and the product in my experience has held together well. You can order from them online too if you don't have one in your area.

Wal-Mart or Big Lots-- ones with furniture sections. Trust me.
Big Lots has decent furniture if you are looking for new. You can also get furniture at most thrift stores such as Salvation army and Goodwill. (Good will is cheaper usually.) We have found brand new furniture and clothing there that still have the original store tags and packaging. It depends on whether "unused" or money is more important to you on where would be preferable. A few hundred dollars at Big Lots gives you brand new, or you can get one slightly used at a thrift store for under a hundred.
