What is in the air the last 2 days in Los Angeles? Everyone's eyes and nose are burning and itching.?
Smog is a given for LA, but this is ridiculous. If the culprit is corporate, factory, or human related, they should be held responsible IMMEDIATELY!

I am in Toronto, Canada. My eyes lately are getting very irritated, scratchy and very red. My nose gets dry and I had some small scabs occurring at the entrances.
Its definitely pollution or worst. Will there be a stop put to it, no way, not till its way too late to do anything about it. Welcome to the greedy 21th century.
Well I live in San Diego, but right now im up near LA, and my allergies have been HORRIBLE :(, it sucks really bad. I dont really know, my guess is maybe the pollution on top of all the pollen in the summertime :(
The guy above is wrong. The Smog was at it's worse in the 80's thee was literally a wall of smog when entering LA from Ventura county. THe smog is getting bad ,but it will never be as bad as back then. As fo r the smog the last two days, Smog tends to appear on the hot days. The last week qualify. We do have some strange mold and pollen too. THe change of weather might have made a mold or flowers release their things. THe main cause is us. Cars(Combustion engine) is the number one factor in LA. We have the biggest problem , because of our inversion layer trapping the smog. The second part of air polution comes from dust. THe dry weather helps increase particulates in teh air.

its not as hot as normal which is confussing me .
