There are many signs of global warming such as icebergs shrinking and maybe even my extra hemorrhoids
First of all, it is getting warmer. Global warming is happening because our ozone layer has a massive hole in it over the the Antarctic. The ozone layer's purpose is to protect the Earth from dangerous sun rays which would be devastating to us but are perfect for developing life the way they work now. Anyway, carbon dioxide is exuded by cars and people. Carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases are what are destroying the ozone layer. For billions of years, trees and plants have absorbed carbon dioxide and used it to produce oxygen. This cycle has worked for this long, but due to things like overconsumption, we have less trees and plants to absorb the carbon dioxide. Entire forests are being destroyed and replaced with urban developments and farmland. Anyway, the with the hole in the ozone layer, it's causing the sun rays to come to Earth and build up, making the Earth hotter and hotter. The most extreme problem with this is that as the hole is over the Antarctic, the sun rays hit it and melt the polar ice caps. All this melting means the global water level is going to rise. In time, many populated areas will be flooded.
When you say it is getting colder, you are only partially correct - at some point, our planet is going to revert to a cold state known as an ice age. This has happened before, but it shouldn't be for a long time. Our constant exuding of carbon dioxide is leading to a quicker ice age.

Well... I heard that scientists are trying to find a way to stop cows from farting because that is what is causing the global warming!
Though the years, the Earth gets warmer and warmer of course you'll still have cooler days because it's not that bad yet, but if we don't help it at all, we will just get warmer and warmer and we'll relize it, but if we still just let it go the Earth will get hotter and hotter until it burns up (it probley won't burn up it our life times tho). One day We I was clicking though chances it showed the ground be all brown and some type fire type (it looked kinda like lava to me tho) and the show said "Massive of fires" or something like that and it also said something else, but I forget it tho. I showed on the screen and said "2050" so I guess that's their prediction of 2050 if Global Warming gets worse. I turned the channel because I didn't wanna worry about that. If we help Global Warming some it won't come as early as 2050 (if that's right), but no one know the future for sure so we don't know if that's REALLY going to happen or not. This is what I think, if Global Warming continus, the Earth will end up looking like the ice age, but with fire. I also think that Global Cooling started the ice age, it kept on getting colder and colder until it froze, but some people said it was some type of comet that hit the Earth and wiped out the dinosours. I think that the ice age was the dinosours "end of the world" witch was probley eighter caused by Global Cooling or a comet. So I think if Global Warming continus that burning will be our "end of the world" witch if it does happen, it won't happen in our life time, not for a LOOOONG time. That's my thought.

global warming is where the earth's temperature rises. this will effect the north pole's ice. how many ice are there in north pole, lots of them. when the temperature of earth rises, the ice will melt and become water. it will increase the depth of seawater and its not impossible one day it will flood every continent in the world. nothing will survive. there are no high grounds for us to stay. so think about it and help preserve mother nature..
Global Warming is the effect of greenhouse effect. Greenhouse effect is cause by many deadly gases. This deadly gases destroy the Ozone Layer, if the Ozone Layer is gone Ultra Violet Rays will enter the earth. Ultra Violet Rays come from the sun, Ultra Violet Rays is the cause of skin cancer. Your surroundings will become hot
Global warming may be a blessing or a curse, depending on whether you are currently too warm or too cold. I live in California, and the climate here is just perfect! But if I lived in Wisconsin, I would probably like it to be warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. If I lived in Florida, I would defintely want it to be much cooler in the summer.
Overall, the planet will take care of itself.

Global Warming is the warming of the earths atmosphere due to infrared light that is kept in our atmosphere. Infrared light is absorbed by chemicals such as CO2 instead of reflected by the earths surface into space. Some of this CO2 absorbtion is natural but when CO2 is added by buring fossil fuels, more heat is trapped in, warming the earth. The earth is NOT getting colder anytime soon, trust me on that.
