lots i guess. I was watching "Inconvieniet Truth" and there a lot of effects. The ice caps melts, thus disrupting the currents that warm our earth. This supposidy could put Europe in an ice age. So global warming could cause a global ice age.
global warming --- > a rise in temperature ---- > bacteria /virus more active ---- > more likely to have a break out of disease
e.g. the outbreak of SARS in some Asian countries in 2003

1. change in seasons ex. excessive rains in the winter seasons or snow in springs.
2. increase in green house gases like carbondioxide which leads to rise in temprature and also increases pollution.
3. it also causes destruction of forests.
You can add the displacement of millions of people to your list. It is estimated that 50% of the US population live in coastal areas. and:
-extinction of species
-desertification (more deserts where we probably grow food)
-the desalinization of the ocean which can shut down or more likely slow the thermal conveyor that keeps Western Europe warm
-depression
-more rain fall in some places, less in other places
-some people think that the Amazon Rain Forest will turn into a desert
-Famine in countries that already have limited resources for agriculture
-Increased levels of disease in countries where it wasn't present before. Malaria carrying mosquitos will become more prominent further north (or south) of the equator than they were previously.
A few Global Warming effects
1). World Human Population in the Billions
2) New York State does not have a 2 mile thick glacier sitting on it.
3) Civilization in Canada/Alaska.
