Does anyone know what color i should paint my room?

my room is small, and right noe i have red walls, i was thinking of doing yellow walls. what do u think, oh and i also have a cat with me in the room

Answer:
Yellow sounds like a nice bright color, it is important to select a color you can live with for a long time. The use of gloss paint can also increase the life of the paint making it easer to clean in place of repainting. For the health of you and your cat I would look at using earth friendly paint often called No-VOC paint to eliminate the harmfull fumes other types of paint release.

==============================...

These "green" paints have many benefits:

They can be applied exactly the same way as conventional paints.
They are virtually odor-free.
They release no significant pollutants, making them excellent for use in buildings which require low levels of toxicity, such as hospitals, schools or the homes and workplaces of people who are chemically sensitive.
If low- or no-VOC paint spills, it can be cleaned up with soap and water.
Since VOC emissions may contribute to higher ozone levels, these paints may actually improve the overall air quality.
They generally still cost the same as conventional paint.
They are easy to find. Most can be purchased in a variety of colors from your local specialty paint or hardware stores.
Conventional oil-based paints are the most toxic and have become limited in use; and although common latex paints are safer and more commonly used, they can also still contain high levels of VOCs, depending on the brand.

Isn't light colors supposed to make a room bigger? (I click by the home decorating shows so fast, who watches these? But there are so many.) So yellow is lighter than red so go for it.
Don't think painting cat yellow is good idea. Also cats are not known to paint well either, so you or other humans will have to do the work. Sorry.
IF your cat does paint room - get it on camera and make some money, to pay for bigger room.
P.S.
A professional (Home Depot or competitor) for free could explain color, and help. Just do not buy unless your really, really comfortable. Also parents could help with ideas, and muscle (brothers can paint, you watch?)
Peace.
