I can tell that the article is bogus. Maybe some of it is true, but no one in the WORLD would create a giant fan! Plus, that doesn't solve global warming, if anything, it would add to the problem with all the energy and materials that would be needed to create an 800 mile air conditioning unit.
I think that President Bush probably has the worst environmental record of any president. If Bush has a new environmental plan it will probably be:
1. Open the entire Arctic to oil drilling.
2. Allow snowmobiles into every national park.
3. Subsidies to the construction of new coal-burning plants.
4. Encouraging auto-makers to build every more inefficient vehicles.
That's funny and I know its a joke but I could believe a dimwit like Bush would come up with an idea like this.
Apparently this is not the same as the plan in his dot to dot coloring book.
Is he serious! That site can't be legit but then again it's Bush.
I agree with the others on both counts:
1. It's a fake article, and
2. If it was handed to Gee Dubya as a speech he'd think it was real and read it word for word.
