Where can I buy Recycled paper towels, biodegradable bags.?

and any enviro friendly products! I already use kokopelli green markets, but i would like to have more options! It should'nt be so hard to find this stuff! It should be all over the local markets! I live in south western NY so local would be GREAT! but I am willing to buy on line! Want to live greener!

Answer:
Sure, you can buy biodegradable or recycled stuff on line however, it's much greener not to "buy" anything disposable in the first place.
Don't use paper towels at all; invest in a decent set of cloth napkins that can be reused over & over again.
Instead of biodegradable bags, buy some cloth bags. Cloth bags can be purchased anywhere; thrift stores are great places to start.
Forget using things like ziplocs & saran wrap; invest in a set of rubbermaid storage containers than can be reused.
Stop buying Kleenix and buy 1/2 a dozen hankies that can be laundered and reused.
Bathroom tissue is about the only disposable product I'd even consider using ~ and these days, environmentally friendly TP is easily found in most stores.
ya,,
I can find them in most all large supermarket chains. Small stores - not so much. I agree that's a shame.
I don't use paper towels when I can help it, I use wash cloths for cleaning. You can buy reusable grocery bags, or some places recycle them. I know Albertson's does.
try supermarkets.
