you have to show some courage.you can also steal hos fav thing so that he can return your PC or you can complaint it to his parents or ask your parent to go there and resolve the matter or last you can bring back your PC in the abscence of him or you can do emotional blacmail to him.you have to do something that would let him to realize who you are

REVENGE IS NOT THE ANSWER! It will harm you more than you will harm the person you are wanting to harm, whom you incidentally call your "best friend".
First, try meeting him on neutral ground, say at the mall, or ballpark or something. TALK to him and let him know how you feel. Ask for your property back, without making him feel you are attacking him. Make him a peace offering.
After you have done the RIGHT things, it will be up to him. Remember, you can catch more flies with honey so the "sweeter" you are, the better.
If, after all that, he refuses to return your computer, file a police report for stolen goods. Tell the cops you know where your property is and they will get it back for you.
