Global Warming: A Natural Occuring process that the earth goes through in a cyclic process.
The Normal cycle takes the Earth from Ice Age to Tropic Age. The Normal ICE AGE is typified by Large Ice Sheets covering large areas of the Earth. Tropic age is typified by forests and Jungles covering the largest area of the earth.
We are affecting the environment by cutting down too many trees. We are changing the cycle away from the Tropic age to a Desert age. Deserts can only support 25% or less of what a forest of jungle can support.
Pollution is usuall about cities and other large population centers, and is usually ozone or sewage stinch that predominates. How ever as more chemicals are being used to poison (sorry, I mean fertilize and control weeds and pests and diseases) The air in agriculture zones are agregating about cities now as well, adding their poisons to the polution which is causing the rise in resperatory problems such as asthma.
The second most prolific form of pollution is pavement. We are putting more and more pavement which absorbs more and more heat, which is releasing the heat back into the air in the evening as the air cools so that the dust and other particles stay aloft longer and furhter impacting on the quality of the air we breath.

Just ask yourself, who and what puts the most pollution into the environment. Then ask yourself who is portrayed in the media as putting the most pollution into the environment. Once you find out the two are not the same, you have a perfect topic to report on.
Did you know that during the ice age Italy was covered in ice, then the climate started to warm up and the ice stated to thaw and continues to thaw up to the present day, however sometime in the future mother nature will start to reverse the procedure and the ice will return..and their is absolutely fug all we can do about it

Tell them Global Warming is getting worse and Bush is not doing enough about it. Let them know that pollution and litter are the main cause. Plants die from some litter and we need or plants which help keep the air balanced the way we need to live. Also let know the atmosphere is getting to much pollution or CO2 gas into or atmosphere mass. Which is causing a greenhouse affect in our lower atmosphere. Even if our temperature stabilized it would not do enough to stop the warming that has already started. The main greenhouse gases are water vapor. But it believed that since we have added so much CO2 gas into are atmosphere above the natural amount that would be there naturally. That we think this is what is causing one of the main reason where having global warming. It is also believed that some of the affects of global warming will be: Species becoming extinct, Rise in sea level, Increase in global temperatures, Extreme weather conditions.
One thing that might play a important part in global warming is phytoplankton (plankton) which lives in the ocean and may grow large enough to draw down enough carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere.
