Free enterprise..can solve any problem. We do not need the government screwing with the environment...unless they themselves will do away with their hypocrisy. You got to realize that the whole issue is political driven so the bureaucrats can justify an issue for re-election and taxes.

My grandmother, she will make you tea and then tell you all about her theory. She feels that if we could just drink iced tea all day instead of hot tea, then the environment would definately be cooled worldwide. Lol, no seriously though tell us yahoo people. If it really is a clever idea than this website is your best bet for having the right poeple overhear it.
