Isn't this rich?

Answer:
albatros - you give the Rothschild claim the benefit of the doubt by implying that he may have simply been talking about how close the planets were in terms of their relative orbital eccentricities. If he was, what makes you so sure that each of the planets were closer to perihelion in the alleged studies claimed by Alex Jones? So, from a middle school science perspective he gets a reprieve, but from the viewpoint as an adult, self-proclaimed advocate of global warming science (You can't write a book about "Essential Skills to Stop Climate Changes" without SOME knowledge of relevant scientific arguments), he is guilty of deliberate misrepresentation of the facts.

The more important point is that he was making up information when he had no idea - typical of so many global warming alarmists in trying to suppress opposing points of views. Had he said something like, "perhaps those planet's moons were closer to the Sun in their orbital cycles", or "perhaps the combined tidal forces of the Sun and their respective planets were causing this phenomenon." Anything that simply admits he doesn't have an explanation, instead of hijacking science in order to bolster his own viewpoint.

There is a huge ego problem with Global Warming advocates - many seem more interested in winning an argument than actually accomplishing something beneficial to the planet and its civilization. Rothschild is one of those egos...
gosh! well i guess it could be true, but i dont believe it.
it could be though, i mean how do we know?? from where we are in the universe, it may look like that, but maybe its all an optical illusion!
but thats just too unbelieveable/..we have satlelites everywherre picking up images, not just on the earth...
and why would that cause the things to melt??
maybe just it has a differnet way of changing climate to us...
some people will do anything to be anti-globel warming,
oh well.
i guess we are all going to be obliterated some time or later, whether we wipe ourselves out, or by global warming.youll see...in a billion years...
lol well good luck with this mystery!!
Not as rich as this.

Closer to the sun than what, because he didn't say closer than the earth?

Thought you had something there didn't you?

Now listen to the whole interview and take note of the kind of uninformed windbag carrying out this interview that you are touting. This guy has an audience and is completely wrong on several of his facts. Whether he is completely ignorant or intentionally lying to his listeners isn't clear but he is indeed wrong.

His commercials are particularly “rich”.

3DM - Alex Jones didn't quote any studies, he simply pulled incorrect information out of some orifice. For example, which of Saturn's moons are now liquid seas?
It doesn't take too much to realize that Rothschild was speaking about planetary orbits and not the orbits in relation to the earth's orbit.
thats the dumbest thing anyone could ever say. what a douche!
Yup, he's wrong about that.

But what about the scientists who are continously warning about global climate change?

Surely you understand that he doesn't represent the scientific community.
Just like a global warming advocate to go against scientific facts that are incredibly obviously true.
Life's a b-tch than you burn up on
Venus. [I think his inner solar-system
needs tweaking..]
