In the real world, this person would be a septic tank engineer, or a waste water management technician.

The only people who "work with" poop are the poopers and the scoopers.
Rather than thinking of poop as something fashioned into a useful tool, I prefer to think of it as a work of art. After all, it's a self portrait of the large intestine that created it.
