Why put down anyone who is working towards a solution? Maybe this person already walks rather than flies or drives and he's moved on to another step. Can you say that for yourself? If EVERYONE took just one action (to start), it would help slow Global Warming.
What's naive is sitting around waiting for someone to come up with a miracle solution rather than realize we all need to start taking individual steps prior to the on-set of drastic changes the goverments will eventually have to implement if they ever recognize the GW problem for what it is.
