How much land is owned by government; Native Americans; privately?

For government you need to specify what constitutes governemtn for you. Federal? The the BLM estimate is proably pretty close. There is a lot of land in other hands though in terms of agencies etc.

Privately will be the remainder.

To be honest, I don't hink there is a source for exact numbers like you want. Estimates are the best you are going to get.
The government owns about 12% of all land in the US.
