Ok, so theres this illusionist, Criss Angel, and he can make energy go through his hands and feet to make him levitate things or levitate himself. And I wanna know how he actually does it. I don't seem to know how he does it.

Talk to people who are hardcore into Tai Chi, Qi Gong or Nae Gong... there is definitely a lot of energy moving when those practices are done right.
Also makes you quite attractive.
We live in a society which very strongly regards human beings as intellect made of meat. And violently resists notions that we might be anything more. But we are more! I don't know about levitating stuff, but certainly there is a lot more to human beings that is generally accepted.
