How can you cool off this summer without harming the environment?

Answer:
Well, lessen the use of air-condtioners. Use an electric fan or use a real fan.

go swimming!

Go to the public library where the air-con is always on.

Drink water

take a cool shower

none of these will harm the environment
Hop into your local lake.
Go to the pool!
roll in the mud.
go swimming, water makes you lose body heat 25 times faster than air
i dont think theres a way to avoid harming the environment COMPLETELY, but the way that works pretty well for me is leaving the doors closed all day and the second i get home from work around 7pm, i open them all up and let the cool air cool down my house.
go swimming
Swim naked in a lake.
Sitting under a tree is a favorite of mine.
Go swimming in the ocean or in a lake/pond..
Keep an adequate supply of spray bottles filled with water in your fridge to mist yourself with when you start getting really hot!
wear just a bathing suit, stay in the shade, jump in the shower for a minute every 30 minutes when its 100F out

use a small ac just in one small room maybe, like 500Watts so its 10 cents an hour or so

I only use Ac when its 95 or more
Reuse water bottles, wet a washcloth put it in the freezer then wrap around your wrists (keeping your blood cool is the best way to keep you cool), wet your hair with cold water periodically, jump in a river or lake, keep your windows open at night with them closed and blinds shut during the day, use a fan rather then air.
Go swimming, fan yourself with something non electric, eat popsicles and icecream...
go swimming or use a paper fan to cool off. or just go to sleep and excerice. also drink lots of water
Go caving 57 degrees. Always go with someone that has caved before. Even cavers get lost . See if you have a local caving club. (Grotto). Three lights food and water . Time in /out known by others that will get the authority's to look for you if you don't call or show up when you should . Gloves , boots. Don't mark any trails. You don't have to go that far to cool off.
