Everybody talks about global warming but what has anyone done to help the cause?

solar powered houses
smart and green cars
water reduction
energy reduction
movie
reduction of green house gases
use celebrities and singers to spread the message and people giving bogus websites.
Nothing because it doesn't exist!

If everyone does a little, it can make a huge difference. Change your light bulbs, recycle, insulate your home. It all helps. And this live earth concert is really helping to raise awareness.
I am looking for a little diesel car that gets over 50MPG. I have found several made in Europe and Japan. Better than even the hybrids offered. My home is small. I think my largest polluter is my vehicles. I am replacing all light bulbs with fluorescent and making sure my home is as energy efficient as possible. Keeping my house warmer in summer and colder in winter.
Saving money and polluting less. Can't lose.
I'm not worried about it. If it really is a problem my kids will take care of it.
Yes but if you do not take care of the environment, your kids may not be able to fix things. :)
The planet does not need saving. People need saving from themselves.
I about hate to say anything. I keep getting bashed in hear for trying to help out. People are so damn stupid even if global warming is fake or I'm saving big time on my electric bill by building my own solar panels from recycled solar cells i have a few pics in my blog showing how i do it for a little bit of nothing . What it cost me for 2 or 3 light bills is saving me years of not paying anything for electricity . Its saving on air quality my wallet and possibly global warming . I could give a rats butt about Gore and i can certainly give a big rats butt about what these idiots are saying about him . Why should i im saving money . That just shows you how ignorant all these people complaining about Gore is they would rather give there money to some fat rich oil company then to keep it in there wallet what a bunch of losers
Ive started wiping with my cat instead of toliet paper to save trees
I personally have curbed my intake of gas producing foods, ( I love beans ) and I have begun eating as many of those earth destroying, belching cows as possible.
I have stopped wiping altogether because even 1 sheet is too much. Air conditioning? What for? With all of the flies buzzing around me theres a gale force wind to cool me off no matter where I go.
Enegy saving light bulbs? Bah! All I need is a huge bonfire in the backyard and that provides enough indoor night time lighting...no more electric bulbs. Period!
I am also working on building hand cranked guitar amplifiers and wind up microphones that all of those wonderful green rock stars can use. No more mega-watts needed for their performances.ever!
Whew! Theres my part. OOPS! I'm off to the outhouse again!
