Enviroment speech for kids?
luv ya!
Answer:
In regards to teaching children about the importance of the environment, I recommend you form your speech around the things kids could be doing at home or at school. Generally, you want to encourage children to do things that would not put them too far out of their daily routine. They're obviously too young to go into corporate concerns.
The format is all up to you, but you could check out the link I have provided. I don't know if you're Canadian, but this website is useful, regardless. The various links on the page are designed for kids. The Government of Canada has issued the information that is thought to be most important for children to know. I hope this helps! Good luck!
Many of the issues are too abstract for kids that age. But most of them love animals. You could talk about preserving habitat for animals from gorillas to salmon. Maybe show them pictures or even stuffed animals or puppets. Why not have puppets give your speech? Have them tell the kids that they need their help?
