Where did all of the money come from to put on the Live Earth concerts this last weekend?

The real question is not where the money came from (Actually it is Kevin Wall of Al Gore's organization - Alliance for Climate Protection, who organized it) but where the money from the concerts is going is probably more significant. To wit: "Live Earth marks the beginning of a multi-year campaign led by the Alliance for Climate Protection" , "Building on the momentum of "An Inconvenient Truth," our objective is to persuade individuals, communities, states, and corporations across the world...", and "He [Al Gore] is currently the Chair of the Alliance for Climate Protection." Their site used to mention that Al Gore founded ACP but it no long does. It also used to say that the proceeds from the Live Earth concerts would go to ACP, but I can no longer find that either. Kind of peculiar, huh?
