It has never been proven, beyond any doubt. Both sides of the story have strong arguements with "proven" scientific evidence. Both sides use computer models and get the results that they want to see.
Models are not proof but speculation.
Numbers can be manipulated to look the way you want them. If CO2 rose from 316ppm to 370ppm, that is a 17% increase. Or a an increase of .000054. Which one looks scary and which one looks meaningless?
It exists.. it's just not caused by humans. It's part of the natural cycle of climate change that has been going on for millions of years.
At one point in Earth's history there were tropical forests in northern Alaska.. so it's possible the planet is going to get a LOT warmer yet.
Global warming doesn't mean everywhere will get warmer all the time. It means that the world will on average get warmer, and it's been well-established that this is already happening. It will still rain and snow. Some places will get unusually cold weather, while others will bake. The overall trend will still be warmer.

Global Warming definitly exists. The news piece you read is true. Our whole climate is changing so rapidly, that we need to slow it down, or else we will damage the earth.
Weather can do most anything and short term weather in one place can't prove or disprove global warming,

And the first graph aboves shows that the sun is responsible for about 10% of it. When someone says it's the sun they're saying that thousands of climatologists are stupid and don't look at the solar data. That's ridiculous.

I think Global warming is real and It is happing right now because of that... I had noticed that the weather had changed Competly and the Climate too. In my state we have Heat wave which is very unusal and we have Rainy season in this summer and that also very unusal. Just because you don't believe it and In fews year we might really have global warming or have global warming in Later year such 2010. but if that happen we would haveing hard time to get our enegry or to do something to our earth to save. We have disscused Global warming in front of classes. My science teacher heard all of our debates and She think Global warming is real.
