Saving energy buy changing your light bulbs?

how would they know you changed light bulbs. light bulbs dont really contribute to your electric bill, ya it helps, but is all about the compressors and heating and cooling. fridges, ac water heaters, dryers, air conditioners. anything that has to keep a certain temp kills your electric bill. thats why i dont like the right side or left side. everybody is pulling you one way or the other but you just gotta throw that ** out the window and find truth. everybody is selling you something. yes light bulbs help, they last longer burn brighter and use less electricity. buy energy star electronics.
I kinda don't understand your question but I will say this. The only way I know to save energy via light fixtures is to use the light bulb with the lowest wattage necessary.

i agree with you.it's damned if you do or damned if you don't.i still use the more efficient ones tho.they last longer so you buy fewer.
