Atmosheric pollution why dont the Friends of the Earth Act?
Answer:
Simple: it's now en vogue for everyone outside the U.S. to hate the U.S. and to hate all Americans. We have become the whipping post of the planet. If there's anything wrong in this world, it's our fault. Here's a prediction: If the Friends of the Earth ever acknowledge China's carbon emissions, they'll still find a way to blame the U.S. for it.
Starting with the truth would help! Here is an even better movie it has many of the scientists who have their names on the ipcc but actually dropped out and requested their names be removed due to the false information it shares as truth! Check it out and really pay attention it's 73 minutes long and loaded with the truth about the whole matter!

It's a lot easier to act as a pressure group in a Democracy. Besides that the Per Capita pollution is worse in the USA than anywhere, and they have the economy to support alternative energy production.
Because they would be arrested if they went to china.
There is no money to be made condemning china.
It is not about pollution its about money.

Friends of the Earth DO act, but they are dependent on donations from the public. Parts of the charity have huge successes through determination and the hard work of young supporters, but atmospheric pollution is defended by the powerful vested interests in every country. All airlines, and every source of refined fuel to fly their jets, are forging ahead, extending runways and increasing flights to already crowded airfields, meanwhile, people who live around the airports are deafened by the noise and suffocate from unbreathable air.
As individuals we can take the high moral ground pointing out America and China's apparent indifference to the choking planet, but how many of us think our own air journeys don't count, and fly anyway?
