its a big load of cr@p thats why! i watched most of it during the afternoon and most of those celebs really didnt give a damn did they - its all about more album sales for them. Metallica were the only band worth watching and bloomin jonathan ross cut to germany - thanks for that - not like im paying a ton for my bloomin license fee!
im sick of all these fund raising concerts - until the guys at the top start acting, im not gonna be told that im using too much bloody carbon - i havent taken a flight in over a year! i wonder how many those celebs have!
Good point, in addtion to that how did the American artist (Beastie Boys, Foo Fighter etc) get over here did they hire a rowing boat to save on their carbon emmission, I doubt it
were they using energy saving light-bulbs and no co2 pyrotechnics

Sorry, but am I the only person that found 90 percent of this concert the most vomit-inducingly BORING thing they'd ever seen.? Most of the artists threatened to send me into a coma with their smug, holier-than-thou, self-satisfied preaching, when you did get a decent act (ie Metallica, the Beastie Boys) they didnt seem to get very long.
